Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Hutchinson Glass. Please read below for how we handle returns, refunds, and product issues.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The return is requested within 14 days of receiving the order

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable

To initiate a return, email us at contact@hutchinsonglass.com.au with your order details and proof of purchase.

2. Exchanges

We do allow product exchanges, provided the returned item meets the above return conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom-made products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Installed or used products

4. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Please contact us within a reasonable time from delivery to arrange this.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • We will refund the product cost only (excluding original shipping)

  • Refunds are processed via Square to the same payment method used for the purchase

  • Refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item
