Orders are shipped using our own transport network or approved couriers. You will not be able to select a preferred courier at checkout.

We work with a third-party supplier who handles the packaging and dispatch of your order.

4. Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of being placed.

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

5. Shipping Costs

  • From time to time, free shipping promotions may apply — these will be clearly advertised on our website.

6. Express Shipping & Local Pickup

  • Express shipping is not currently available.

  • Local pickup is not available.

7. Tracking

We currently do not provide a tracking number for orders. If you have concerns about your shipment, please contact us.

8. Damaged Items or Lost Shipments

If your item arrives damaged or is not delivered, please contact us directly. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
Customers are not required to deal with the courier directly.
